Electrical Controls Project Manager

(Position location: Hybrid within a 2-hour radius of Mt. Zion IL office)

Position Overview:

Position is responsible for the management and execution of assigned automation and controls projects and personnel. Project Manager will provide regular project status and progress updates to management. Duties also include the day to day management of engineering team assigned to specific projects.  Also the identification and reporting of issues and recommended corrective action to insure projects meet customer needs, are on schedule and within budget. 

Duties:

• Develop individual project plans including work scope definition, personnel requirements and budgets
• Implement and manage customer change order process
• Develop recovery plan for project problems
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects
• Ability to lead and schedule startup/commissioning activities
• Develop quotes for new customer projects, including required man hours and specifying hardware components.

Qualifications:

• RSLogix 5000 programming experience (Past or Present)
• OIT/HMI programming experience (Past or Present)
• Comprehension of various control networking schemes (Cnet, Dnet, Enet, etc.)
• Ability to read/redline Electrical Schematics
• AutoCAD knowledge
