About the Role:

You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers and architects, working on a variety of complex projects, with a focus on healthcare facilities. As the MEP Project Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide the MEP team to successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Electrical Engineering: Design and develop electrical systems for diverse projects, ensuring compliance with codes and standards
• MEP Project Management: Lead and coordinate the MEP team, overseeing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating project progress and addressing their needs
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Mentorship: Share your knowledge and experience with junior team members, fostering their professional development

Qualifications:

• Professional Engineering License
• 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager
• Experience on healthcare projects is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
