Job Description:
- The Client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the team.
- This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program.
- The individual will be responsible for developing new analog designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware.
- The individual should be familiar with Mixed Signal electronics design, switching power supply design, ordnance initiation and high density PWAs.
- The individual should be familiar with using OrCAD Capture, PSPICE or LTSpice and other simulation products.
- Our Design Engineering team is focused on developing and improving new product designs to support advanced emerging programs for military customers.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing mixed signal electronic designs
- Developing schematics in standard design tools
- Analyzing circuit designs
- Working in a collaborative and cross-functional discipline environment
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Mixed Signal electronics design
- Bachelor of Science
- Power Supply design experience
- Experience with designing High density printed circuit boards.
- Knowledgeable with Allegro CIS Schematic Capture and PSPICE
- Performed simulation & analysis of various circuits under worst case situations (i.e. Worst-Case Circuit Analysis)
- Familiarity with parts derating guidelines and uses
- Capable of basic modification of component models.
- Capable of developing simulations with LTSPICE
- Familiarity with various lab instrumentation, testing, and debugging
- Familiarity supporting PCB and PWA layout
- Familiarity with digital design and standard data buses

Salary
120,000 - 125,000 /year
