Job Description:

• The Client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the team.
• This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program.
• The individual will be responsible for developing new analog designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware.
• The individual should be familiar with Mixed Signal electronics design, switching power supply design, ordnance initiation and high density PWAs.
• The individual should be familiar with using OrCAD Capture, PSPICE or LTSpice and other simulation products.
• Our Design Engineering team is focused on developing and improving new product designs to support advanced emerging programs for military customers.
  

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing mixed signal electronic designs
• Developing schematics in standard design tools
• Analyzing circuit designs
• Working in a collaborative and cross-functional discipline environment

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Mixed Signal electronics design
• Bachelor of Science
• Power Supply design experience
• Experience with designing High density printed circuit boards.
• Knowledgeable with Allegro CIS Schematic Capture and PSPICE
• Performed simulation & analysis of various circuits under worst case situations (i.e. Worst-Case Circuit Analysis)
• Familiarity with parts derating guidelines and uses
• Capable of basic modification of component models.
• Capable of developing simulations with LTSPICE
• Familiarity with various lab instrumentation, testing, and debugging
• Familiarity supporting PCB and PWA layout
• Familiarity with digital design and standard data buses
