What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to essential engineering calculations, design, and development tasks, all while honing your technical skills under the mentorship of senior engineers.
- Engage directly in the design of electrical parts and systems with a focus on quality, cost, reliability, and ease of manufacturing.
- Work on project documentation, one-line architecture diagrams (if applicable), and assist in resolving manufacturing issues.
- Be part of a team that collaborates across engineering disciplines and with suppliers, bringing projects to life and learning from experienced professionals.
- Participate in prototype, pilot, and production phases, gaining exposure to end-to-end project lifecycles.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant work or internship experience (6+ months).
- Hands-on experience with electrification hardware integration (e.g., generators, inverters, converters).
- Strong understanding of high-voltage systems and safety protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree specifically in Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with programming languages and control software.
- Knowledge of CAN (Controller Area Network)/SAE J1939 or other vehicle networking systems.
- Experience with automotive or heavy equipment design/repair.
- Wire harness design experience and an ability to create one-line architecture diagrams.
- Communication: You’ll work with diverse teams and should be comfortable explaining technical details to peers and suppliers.
