An established Civil Engineering firm based in the Sioux Fallas area is in search of a Electrical Engineer who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional results. Committed to exceeding client expectations, the firm focuses on meticulous planning, design, and management of projects. As the team expands, they are seeking a motivated engineer to collaborate with staff engineers on engaging projects, primarily in urban settings.They're looking for a full-time electrical engineer to spearhead the establishment and growth of our new electrical engineering division.
Requirements:
- Hold a Professional Engineer license to practice electrical engineering in South Dakota.
- Proficient in design standards and codes for building systems.
- Familiarity with software tools like BlueBeam, Masterspec, Microsoft Office, and Revit MEP.
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Aid in defining and refining processes for the electrical engineering department's development.
- Collaborate within a team to design comprehensive building solutions.
- Create high-quality construction documentation.
- Specify electrical support and life safety systems for buildings.
- Evaluate existing electrical systems and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Generate detailed reports.
- Organize and lead client meetings.
- Establish and manage project schedules until completion.
