n industrial equipment manufacturer company located near Montgomery, AL is looking for a Electrical Field Service Supervisor to join their team. 

Responsibilities- Electrical Field Service Supervisor 

• Travel to customer locations (project sites) to perform on-site installation, upgrade and repair services
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial Converter at customer sites
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and in-person regarding projects
• Work with sales, engineering project members internally and customer’s side accordingly for updates
• Ensure work complies with safety and regulatory standards
• Provide top customer service to clients

Requirements- Electrical Field Service Supervisor 

•  At least high School Diploma
• Certification in Industrial Maintenance Technology, electrical engineering, industrial electrical technology and related field will be great plus
• 3+yrs of Industrial electrician/ field service technician experience
•  Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 80%
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, lift in excess of 40 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
