Electrical/Mechanical Assembler gea at Argus Technical

Duties: 

Client is seeking a sharp, reliable, mechanically inclined individual to provide scheduled maintenance on dairy equipment to local farms i.e. change kits on pasteurizers etc. using a company truck. 

• They will also be delivering and selling related supplies and cleaning products.  They will be receiving commission on these sales so there is opportunity for a significant amount of additional income to be made. 
• Must be someone that has worked in the dairy/farming industry and is familiar with the work and the environment.
• Must have a great attitude and be comfortable talking with the farm owners and employees. 
• Strong preference for a CDL with the Hazmat endorsement.        If they don’t have it they must be able to get one quickly. To that end, a clean valid driver’s license is mandatory
• Must be organized. Will need to fill out necessary paperwork and invoicing after work is performed and discuss it with the customers. 
• Must maintain company service vehicle, parts and tools
• Clean background. Will run a background check.  
• Pass a Drug Test 

Experience/Background:

• Minimum high school degree
• Basic mathematics
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to travel locally.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Ability to be a self-starter but still work as part of a team
