Your Role
As an Electrical Technician II, you'll use your developing expertise to take on a range of responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in our luxury coaches. You’ll work on assignments that challenge your skills and judgment while receiving general instructions on new tasks. This is an opportunity to break down moderately complex issues, resolve problems, and ensure the seamless operation of our high-end coaches.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain wiring, electrical panels, batteries, lighting, outlets, and switches, ensuring the systems meet luxury and safety standards.
- Conduct system startups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Work on assignments with minimal daily instruction, applying judgment to resolve issues and make recommendations for improvements.
- Gather information from multiple sources and break down more complex tasks into manageable parts.
- Assist with appliances and systems such as audio-visual equipment and HVAC, contributing to their seamless integration.
- Collaborate with senior technicians on larger projects, offering feedback for electrical system enhancements.
- Actively listen and ask questions to clarify tasks and ensure understanding, keeping projects on track.
- Build productive relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
Minimum Requirements
- +4 years of experience working with electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and work independently on daily tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a woodworking environment is a plus
- Experience with inverters, generators, & batteries is a plus
- Experience working with luxury coaches or RV is a plus
- Audio/Visual equipment installation experience is a plus
