As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the development, assembly, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and components for our simulation products. This position does not require a college degree; instead, we value hands-on experience and practical skills in electrical engineering and technology.
Travel Requirement: 20%
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Assist in the assembly and installation of electrical systems and components according to engineering specifications and technical drawings.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop innovative solutions and improvements for existing electrical designs.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Document procedures, test results, and technical specifications accurately for reference and future troubleshooting.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 2. Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- 3. Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and circuits.
- 4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
- 5. Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment and tools.
- 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 8. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- 1. Vocational training or certification in electrical technology or a related field.
- 2. Prior experience with simulation technology or military systems is a plus.
- 3. Familiarity with software tools for electrical design and simulation (e.g., AutoCAD, LabVIEW).
