We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assist Electro-Mechanical Technicians and Senior Technicians with the installation and assembly of advanced test, measurement, and control systems. Your attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team will be critical to ensuring smooth system builds and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble wire harnesses and subcomponents.
- Kit parts for assembly.
- Support the team with subassembly of various components.
- Maintain lab processes, tools, and workspaces to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- 2+ years of experience working with electronic or electro-mechanical systems.
- Basic understanding of electric/electronic and mechanical systems, including PCBA’s, instrumentation, sensors, racks, cabling, wire harness assembly, and crimping tools.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eligibility for ITAR and defense contract work as a verifiable U.S. person.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs during mechanical assembly tasks.
Additional Information:
Candidates will undergo skills testing and a background check during the interview process. Work will be primarily based in the DFW area, with occasional travel as needed.
Salary
20 - 24 /hour
