Regal Staffing Services is hiring a Electronics Production Lead for a facility located in Plano. This role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring safety, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets.

Shift/Pay Rate: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00AM, $27.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Close work orders within 24 hours after returning finished goods to stock.
- Accurately complete production reports and runtime details.
- Assess project and resource requirements.
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet on-time delivery (OTD).
- Promote workplace safety daily and lead the Safety Program.
- Conduct safety discussions with associates and audit safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with PPE requirements.
- Report all safety issues to the manager.
- Maintain housekeeping standards (5S) by inspecting lines and updating charts.
- Perform periodic check-ins after initial training.
- Teach employees to conduct 5S audits and follow 5S Score Card.
- Provide on-the-job training for associates in all areas of their job duties.
- Set goals for employees and hold them accountable.
- Share and review company mission and goals.
- Gather regular feedback from your team.
- Maintain scrap reports.
- Manage and report material over-usage/over-issue.
- Control area inventory.
- Assess staffing levels and work with the Production Manager and HR to meet needs.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Be ready to work before and after the shift starts.
- Manage team meetings and attend management meetings as necessary.
- Lead by example in safety, quality, and productivity.
- Consistently administer company policies.
- Keep accurate records in safety, production, scrap, quality, and HR.
- Identify production limitations and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and update department procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), QA scrap, and first piece approvals.
- Schedule regular communication meetings to promote team building and improvement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a high-speed production line.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and administrative skills.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Preferred: 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Computer literate (MS Office, ERP Systems - SAP).
