Piper Companies is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join a clinical biotechnology company located in Silver Spring, MD.
Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Manager include:
- Manage employee relations duties
- Serve as point of contact for all levels of staff
- Coach staff on improving performance in their role
- Respond and act on employee concerns and issues
- Provide lead on worker's compensation, workplace investigations, complex leave cases, conflict mediation, and HR complication training
Qualifications for the Employee Relations Manager include:
- Must possess an Bachelor's degree with 5 year of experience in an Employee Relations experience
- Can have experience form healthcare, hospitals, or commercial companies
- Preferred experience from biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies
Compensation for the Employee Relations Manager includes:
- Rate Range: $110,000 - $140,000 Per Year
- Comprehensive Benefit Package: Employee Medical/Dental/Vision
