Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations; the ability to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations is needed
Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Able to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, and conduct meetings
Strong problem-solving skills – able to identify and resolve problems promptly
Excellent time management and organizational skills enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Must have high initiative, integrity, sound judgment, and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills while maintaining confidentiality in conversation and inspiring a willingness to try new things in their team
Must demonstrate ethical conduct
Ability to direct and lead a team
Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, hiring processes, and current regulations
Requirements:
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Must sign Statement of Faith
A High School diploma or equivalent education is required
Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred
Working knowledge of skillsets within Human Resources is preferred
Employee Relations experience is required
BS/BA in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, or related discipline is preferred
Associate degree or equivalent education is required
Must pass all required checks
Experience:
1-3 years of management experience is preferred
Proven experience as an HR professional similar role is highly desired
Prior budgetary experience preferred
Performance management and administration experience is preferred
Human Resources Information Software (HRIS) and HR labor laws experience is preferred
Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, and Onboarding experience is highly desired
Compensation commensurate with experience
