As the Employee Success Coordinator at Decisions, you will provide essential administrative support for key Employee Success and Development functions, focusing on performance management, HR program development, and change management. This role emphasizes the coordination of HR initiatives while supporting employee relations, communication, and program implementation. The Employee Success Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Employee Success and Development and Employee Success Partner(s) and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR strategies and play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence and growth through HR support. This dynamic role, based out of our global headquarters (WHQ) in Virginia Beach, VA will report into Reporting to the Director of Employee Success and Development.
Key Objectives:
Objective #1: Performance Management Admin
- Provide administrative support for the performance management system.
- Assist with project management and scheduling for talent reviews and manager training sessions.
Objective #2: HR Program Development Admin
- Support the development and execution of HR programs, including employee engagement initiatives, training, and wellness programs.
- Manage logistical aspects of HR programs, such as scheduling, communication, and reporting.
- Collect employee feedback
Objective #3: Change Management and Employee Relations Admin
- Provide administrative support for employee relations issues, including documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-up.
- Ensure employees and managers are kept informed of policy changes and organizational updates.
Objective #4: Office Events and Town Hall Facilitation
- Help plan and coordinate office events, such as employee onboarding, team-building activities, holiday celebrations, community service initiatives and employee recognition events.
- Support the preparation of slides and materials for weekly Town Hall meetings
- Collaborate with other departments to manage event logistics, including scheduling, catering, and communications.
Specialized Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience as an Employee Success Admin, HR Business Partner, or in a related HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for creating reports and presentations. Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
KPIs for Employee Success Team:
- Manager Effectiveness: Efficiency of manager effectiveness measured by the adoption and use of 15Five.
- Employee engagement survey results: Insights into employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Employee Turnover and Retention: Measuring employee turnover rates and implementing strategies to reduce turnover and increase retention.
- Diversity and inclusion metrics: Effectiveness of HR programs in supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Performance management metrics: Success of HR programs in supporting performance management.
- Leadership effectiveness: Feedback from managers and leaders on HR's support in leadership development.
- Compliance metrics: Effectiveness of HR programs in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
