Employment & Labor Litigation Paralegal/Administrative Assistant

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Westwood)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 5-7 years of experience to join our Los Angeles office. This role involves providing litigation and administrative support to multiple attorneys within our Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from initial filings to trial preparation and post-trial procedures.
• Prepare, organize, and manage case files, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, draft summaries, and assist in preparing case strategy.
• Coordinate and manage discovery processes, including document production and review.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating depositions, hearings, and meetings.
• Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and binders.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on employment and labor law preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
• Skills: Strong organizational, research, and communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, and legal research platforms (such as LexisNexis or Westlaw).
• Additional Requirements: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; detail-oriented and a team player.
