- Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to, employment contracts, wage and hour issues, workplace safety, discrimination, and harassment.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation sessions.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases and stay updated on current laws and regulations.
- Develop litigation strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and desired outcomes.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
