Job Title: Employment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals in identifying employment goals and opportunities.
• Provide job coaching and support to clients in various work environments.
• Develop relationships with local employers to create job placements.
• Conduct assessments to determine client skills and interests.
• Facilitate workshops on resume writing and interview skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in job placement or vocational rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of community resources and employment trends.
