Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Associate to join their Energy & Environmental Litigation practice group in Seattle.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Washington Bar admission is required.
- At least 3 years of litigation experience, with environmental and/or energy experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Law review or journal experience is strongly preferred, and former judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex environmental litigation matters, including cases involving CERCLA, MTCA, RCRA, and the Clean Water Act.
- Represent clients in energy regulatory litigation before the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on high-stakes litigation at both local and national levels.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range from $260,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
