The Role:
Hybrid in Chicago (3 times per week).
As the Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving IT services sales, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the Property and casualty domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, and project management, and a deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry.
What you’ll do?
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Leverage your extensive IT services sales experience to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Property & Casualty domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of IT services projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning IT solutions to address those needs.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Financial Management:
- Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting to internal stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 6-10 years of experience of account management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully selling IT services within multiple verticals.
- Experience with building relationships with people at all levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A. Proven advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform B. Previous experience of working with software and application development C. Ability to problem solve high-level software with application issues. D. Experience delivering customer-facing interfaces E. Ability to Project Manage workload and deliverables F. Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to communicate with both business effectively and technical teams G. Interpreting end-user needs into Salesforce H. Working hand in hand with client to collect business necessities and identify business procedures I. Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture J. Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers K. Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services L. Strong understanding of relational databases M. Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
