JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Orders and picks up supplies for repairs and to complete projects.
- Assists as required on minor construction projects.
- Perform assigned maintenance duties.
- Varies schedule to perform work in specialty areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Test and maintain all the documentation on equipment.
- Ensure that all the assigned scheduled PMs are completed every month.
- Perform the general maintenance for all of the facility.
- Utilize the work order system (TMS) including work order generation for unplanned events, work order completion, documentation of work related to PMs, PEs, etc., as well as asset records.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in an applicable trade or license/certification as outlined below with six years trade related experience.
- Shall have the ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Ability to read and follow equipment schematics, read and interpret blueprints, use tools and instruments common to the trade.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Journeyman equivalent knowledge of the general trades is required as well as comprehensive working knowledge at the Master Level.
