About the Job
Impact Recruitment is seeking a qualified and innovative Civil Engineer at our clients Biloxi, Mississippi location to design, develop, and monitor construction of a large range of projects, primarily in the areas of Land Development and/or Municipal.

Responsibilities:
- Independently design projects focused on site design, drainage, water, wastewater, detention/water, quality of various sizes including commercial, residential, and industrial
- Produce drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and Bluebeam
- Prepare technical reports to support design of projects as required by permitting agencies
- Must have knowledge of state and local development and permitting processes
- Work well as a member of a team of engineers, designers, and drafters
- Develop and enhance client relationships and earn repeat business
- Review and ensure quality designs are submitted to the clients
- Monitor progress and project status
- Manage project budgets
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in land development and/or municipal
- Excellent knowledge of design and software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, HECRAS, Storm & Sanitary Analysis, Hydraulic Toolbox, and HY-8
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- E.I.T. desired, PE License preferred
- BS/MS Degree in Engineering, with bias towards Civil Engineering
