Our Maintenance Engineering group is seeking an Engineer Sr - Systems to develop new or modify existing maintenance requirements for submarine systems and components for Virginia program and In-Service programs, and manage the development of the associated maintenance products. This includes conducting Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Level of Repairability Analyses to identify the most applicable and effective maintenance, who should conduct it and how often it needs to be accomplished. This position requires constant interface with other engineering disciplines, shipyard personnel, Navy personnel, technical writing personnel, and program management.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
- 5 or more years engineering experience.
- Experience with Navy maintenance or marine equipment.
- Strong background in analysis or statistics
Skills
- Candidate must have a strong understanding of maintenance concepts.
- Candidate must have the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate must be highly motivated, perform independently, as well as interact with other groups and organizations.
