We strive to keep things no more complicated than absolutely required.Role ExpectationsManage engineers on 1-2 software engineering teams owning our consumer product experiencesLeverage your understanding of your teams’ domains, stakeholders and business needs to help lead prioritization and scoping effortsFacilitate technical decision-making across mobile, web, and backend technologiesWork closely with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, operations, and data teamsProvide proactive coaching and mentorship to the engineers on your teamTechnical Requirements5+ years software development experience building modern software applications4+ years of experience in engineering management or a similar positionNon-Technical requirementsHighly empathetic and collaborative Demonstrated track record of coaching and mentorshipLove to work in cross-functional teamsYou are pragmatic and prefer simple solutions
