Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Vice President of Engineering & Product Development, the Engineering Operations Lead, will be a dynamic force at the intersection of leadership and technical excellence. This role requires a distinctive combination of managerial acumen, technical expertise, and hands-on problem-solving. The Engineering Operations Lead will take charge of guiding a team of skilled engineers, all while actively participating in the technical intricacies of projects. The role involves not only leading and coordinating but also contributing directly to the success of engineering endeavors, ensuring a seamless blend of effective management and hands-on technical innovation.
