Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus
