Job Title: Enrollment Processing Technician (Onsite Position)
Client: Healthcare Insurance
Duration: 04 months contract role with the possibility of extension (Temp to Hire Role)
Location: Washington DC 20065
Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
REQUIREMENTS:
3 - 5 Years' Experience
Capability to navigate concurrently between multiple software systems with relative ease.
Working knowledge of basic computer functions including Microsoft products, internet research, and email communication.
Possess a passion for Customer Service, innovative thinking, and drive for results.
Display exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Work experience in a Production driven environment.
Position requires performance in either service or claims for a minimum of 18 months at a meets standard level or above.
Must have previous customer service and/or claims experience.
Additional required experience includes use of automated systems, PC or CRT proficiency.
Must be able to navigate between multiple software systems with relative ease.
Must have working knowledge of basic computer functions including Microsoft products, internet research, and email communication.
Mid-level role of customer support and data entry.
Must be reliable and report to the office on time.
Cannot be absent during the training period of 6 weeks.
Contract role of 4 months, might be permanent if required.
Computer systems will be provided at the office.
Software & Tools:
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), WebEx, Adobe Acrobat.
In-house applications: FEPDirect, OnBase.
