Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with product owners and cross functional team members to create architecture that enables personalized messaging and BOT experiences for consumers to self-service and automate customer service functions for the business. The enterprise architect must be skilled in analyzing business needs and aligning with enterprise sources, evaluating options, and communicating risks and tradeoffs to produce high level solution architecture which empower delivery teams, while considering AI/Client opportunities and performance implications of the overall architecture.
• Support architecture for Deep Linking from App to Web and Cross Domain Web Deep links in a complex environment with multiple portals for highly visible and revenue impacting initiative.
• Independently own research and discovery of complex enterprise level problems including investigation and documentation of the current state, product roadmaps that impact and shape direction of future state and gaps in roadmaps.
• Own relationship with the Business and Consumer Product teams on one hand and develop close partnership with the delivery teams on the other.
• Responsible for supporting the Journey owners with ideation, elaboration, EPIC creation, Feature build and grooming for the assigned journey on one hand and estimation and next year s execution planning for the identified work with the delivery teams on the other.
