You will ensure secure and efficient management of mobile devices, applications, and data across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.)
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mobile operations, ensuring security policies, compliance standards, and performance are maintained.THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to playLead the architecture and design of enterprise-wide MDM solutions to manage and secure mobile devices at scaleImplement, configure, and maintain MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF and similar systemsDevelop and enforce policies for the management of mobile devices, including security configurations, access controls, and compliance protocolsEnsure that mobile devices meet security standards, including encryption, password policies, remote wipe capabilities, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)Manage the lifecycle of mobile applications, including provisioning, updating, and securing corporate apps on managed devicesAct as an escalation point for complex issues related to mobile devices, apps, or MDM platform performanceWork closely with cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of MDM systems into broader IT environmentsEnsure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and corporate policies, providing audit reports and security insightsEvaluate emerging MDM technologies and strategies to improve the efficiency, security, and scalability of the mobile environmentLiaise with MDM solution vendors to manage software updates, feature rollouts, and resolve issuesDevelop & maintain configuration documentation
Consistently update Knowledge bases and conduct knowledge transfer reviews with lower-level engineering and support teamsTHE STATSWhat we're looking for in our next teammateBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years specializing in Mobile Device Management (MDM)Extensive experience with leading MDM platforms such as JAMF, Microsoft IntuneProven experience in designing, deploying, and managing large-scale enterprise MDM solutions.Deep understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows) and their respective security frameworksStrong knowledge of mobile application management (MAM), mobile content management (MCM), and mobile threat defense (MTD) systemsFamiliarity with enterprise security best practices, including encryption, VPN, endpoint protection, and identity management solutions (SAML, OAuth, etc.)Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to lead and mentor junior engineersStrong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be willing to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work for maintenance or emergenciesPLAYER BENEFITSWe treat our team rightFrom our many opportunities for professional development to our generous insurance and paid leave policies, we’re committed to making sure our employees get as much out of FanDuel as we ask them to give
