What You'll Do:
- Support our valued customers with training, maintenance, and technical questions.
- Leverage your expertise to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with clients to schedule solution presentations and craft compelling proposals.
- Ensure accurate and timely software maintenance purchases and invoicing.
- Handle consultancy services and software workshops.
- Utilize your strong communication skills to build positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in the IT field with experience in customer service for software.
- Proven experience with administrative and logistical tasks in customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and a passion for exceeding expectations.
