ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise Systems Engineer to join our team in McLean , VA .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Develop complex, enterprise solutions across the appropriate engineering environments to meet business and mission requirements or enhance performance
+ Plan, conduct, and oversee the technical aspects of large, complex projects; coordinate the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects
+ Perform full-stack software engineering development using Agile methodologies
+ Develop and execute business process analysis, reengineering and digital transformation that adapt to user needs and requirements and meet business goals
+ Oversee the day-to-day operation of Tier 1 - 3 support as needed (troubleshooting, problem resolution support, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
+ Develop and apply advanced methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of highly complex system requirements and problems
+ Provide complex technical consultation on current and proposed systems to other organizations and clients
+ Enhance web-based applications to maximize User Experience (UX) and accessibility standards
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM))
+ 7+ years serving as an Engineering Lead or similar work leading high performing teams
+ Experience in maintaining compliance with Natural Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
+ Familiarity with virtualizing servers, storage, networks, desktop and applications to improve efficiency, security and scalability
+ Familiarity with access control models and network security
+ Solid understanding of server operating systems (Linux, Windows)
+ In-depth understanding of communication protocols and routing protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Advanced degrees and certifications are desired (e.g. - MCSE, CCNP, or CISSP)
+ Experience supporting configuration management in a multi-region environment
+ Experience building PaaS or internal cloud
+ Advanced experience in systems integration, the ability to write integration code for ServiceNow
Clearance Requirements:
+ TS/SCI with polygraph
Physical Requirements:
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
