Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, genetics or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior experience or background within an experimental or wet lab.
+ Familiar with RNA isolation, reverse transcription, and quantitative real-time PCR.
+ Cell culture experience, including transfection.
+ Plasmid design and preparation, primer design and verification.
+ Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP).
+ Experience with Immunohistochemistry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ To be successful in this position, candidates will need the following:
+ Able to handle and perform experiments using various murine models of human disease.
+ Strong experience in cell culture.
+ Able to construct and test expression plasmids, and perform cell transfection.
+ Able to design primers and perform ChIP.
+ Must be willing to learn new techniques as needed, pay attention to detail, and work well in a lab with multiple investigators.
