- Collaborate with accounting team to coordinate and manage accounting functions and programs.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial analyses and reports.
- Record end journal entries, maintain fixed assets, and calculate monthly depreciation.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Compile and prepare necessary documentation for external auditors and tax return preparers.
- Provide support for human resource matters, including payroll processing through ADP.
- Stay updated with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and their applications.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for book close, annual audits, and overall internal financial controls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 0-2 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
