Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with the installing of new Fire Detection, Intrusion Detection, Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Network Infrastructure Systems
- Assisting with the service and maintenance of existing systems
- Maintain good customer relations and satisfaction
- Continually expands knowledge base by attending seminars, conferences, and professional training
Qualifications
- High School Diploma of GED
- Good moral character
- Clean driving record
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Naturally organized and methodical, with strong attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and professional image
- Experience with hand tool, cabling, and/or construction methods is preferred
Physical Requirements
- Heavy lifting is required up to 75lbs
- Long periods of constant standing
- Able to utilize a ladder
Expected hours of work
- Typically, 40-48 hours a week, during normal business hours
- Completes regular network maintenance outside of normal business hours, typically one to two times a month.
- Occasional work outside of typical hours to support special projects.
