Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day execution of events.
- Prepare and distribute promotional material.
- Assist with event setup, including arranging decorations, signage and products. - Greet and assist event attendees, providing information and addressing inquiries.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in event planning or related field is a plus.
The client's head office is based in Tampa, FL, so candidates will need to be able to commute, as the position is an on-site role.
