WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

• Troubleshooting highâ€end medical imaging systems and equipment
• Assist in investigating and repairing issues with medical imaging applications, electrical components, computer hardware, and software, mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Provide support for system relocations, installations and de-installations
• Provide exceptional interaction with radiologists, technicians and physicians
• Assist with performing imaging system inspections, system preventative maintenance, calibrations and quality assurance checks utilizing ISO 13485 Quality and industry standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• AS/AA degree in Electronic Engineering / Electromechanical preferred, Computer Science or BioMed or equivalent Military training
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of Field Service Experience
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers
• Ability to perform administrative/computer work, accurately and in a timely manner
• Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, deinstallations and/or installations
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Forklift certification is a plus
