We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our clients. In this role, you'll handle inquiries, assist with policies, and provide billing and claims support. Youll also have the opportunity to grow into a sales role. No prior insurance licensing is required, and we provide all the tools and training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and care
- Assist clients in understanding and managing their policies
- Provide billing and claims support, resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate client documentation and records
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products where appropriate
- Solve client problems with empathy, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach
Requirements
- No Previous Insurance Experience Required! Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license and learn the industry.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Active listener with a customer service orientation, focused on client satisfaction
- High attention to detail and technical proficiency in using CRM and office software
- Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Emotional intelligence to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
