Entry Level Insurance Sales Agent - Primary Location

Located in Westerville, Ohio, our agency is deeply rooted in the local community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow and control your income! You will earn a base salary plus up to 20% of the revenue you bring in! An Entry Level Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for outbound calling to prospects to assist clients in selecting the right insurance policies that align with their unique needs and goals. You will provide expert advice, answer inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and gain a deep understanding of their insurance requirements.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our insurance products and services to effectively guide clients in making informed decisions.

Sales Generation: Identify sales opportunities and present insurance policies that align with clients' needs and budget.

Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.

Documentation and Processing: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to insurance policies.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.
