Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
- Actively seek referrals and expand professional networks.
- Follow up on warm leads (eventually P&C Leads as well) provided by the company.
- Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
Requirements
- A Life and Health License will be required. We offer Licensing Assistance (Will pay 100% for licensing)
- The preferred candidate would have prior sales experience, but not required to apply. Must be willing to learn the insurance industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information would be helpful, but not necessary.
- Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Able to convey ideas and information clearly and concisely.
