Position Overview:
The Entry-Level Marketing Admin will be crucial in supporting the Marketing department with various administrative tasks. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and grow within our company.
Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Marketing Admin:
- Assist the marketing team with the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company’s marketing calendar.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and edit marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Manage social media accounts and assist with content creation.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications for the Entry-Level Marketing Admin:
- Internship experience in marketing or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
