We are a direct marketing and customer acquisition company committed to delivering exceptional products/services to our clients and potential customers. We are currently hiring a full time Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and assist with our expansion efforts in the Southern California area. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing efforts and foster positive customer relationships.
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our clients potential customers
- Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with the marketing and product development teams
- To remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing discussions, continuously learn about marketing trends, the competitive landscape, and product enhancements
- Participate in lead generation, and customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experience
Makreting Assitant Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
- Comfortable using a computer or I-pad
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or marketing is a plus
