Responsibilities of the Entry Level Marketing Manager:
- Directly engage with customers to effectively promote the benefits and features of AT&T’s products and services in targeted markets and local events
- Continuously develop skills to effectively hire, train, motivate, and advise internal sales teams to ensure they are meeting revenue objectives
- Work closely with management and client executives to understand AT&T’s business objectives and develop effective sales and marketing strategies to meet their needs
- Utilize marketing and promotional materials to ensure the enrollment of quality customers and ensure repeat business
- Achieve company objectives by analyzing campaign performance data, developing sales goals, and forecasting market trends
- Collaborate with senior management to design and lead training sessions that enhance sales skills and product knowledge
