IMMEDIATE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE NEEDED

OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM

BETHPAGE, NY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE)

$20/HR

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Bachelors Degree required
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented

Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excel at juggling multiple, diverse tasks with attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management systems
• Assist in event planning and coordination
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Assist with order entry and inventory management
• Provide administrative support to the office staff
• Maintain office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
