About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be essential for driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
