As an Entry Level Sales Assistant at DigiTalkTell, you will support our sales team in driving business growth and maintaining client relationships. Your role will involve various administrative and sales support tasks aimed at ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, processing orders, and maintaining client records.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to the team.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
