Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable products.

Product Promotion: Present and sell insurance products to clients to meet their unique situations.

Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and explore additional needs.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to offer the best solutions to clients.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are compliant with insurance laws and regulations.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, is highly desirable.

Licensing: Active Illinois Property and Casualty License is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
