Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels to expand our client base.
Sales Support: Assist senior sales representatives with paperwork, documentation, and other tasks to facilitate the sales process.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: A willingness to obtain required insurance licenses within the probationary period.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and people skills to build relationships and trust with clients.
Detail-oriented: Ability to pay close attention to policy details to ensure accuracy.
