The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will work with management and plant team members to build and support a strong proactive safety culture and an efficient, effective, and compliant safety and regulatory compliance program. The EHS Manager will ensure that Malarkey Roofing Products facilities in Williamsport, Maryland comply with applicable EHS regulations. This role will also provide communication and general support to the offsite Malarkey Roofing IT department.

A bachelor's degree in an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) field and three to five years of experience is preferred. Familiarity with a variety of EHS concepts, practices, and procedures including knowledge of applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Labor (DOL), environmental laws and other EHS laws recommended. Ability to create an environment around EHS that is front of mind, real time and embedded in every day behaviors of our colleagues preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
