Environmental Graphics Installation Manager
We are a national leader in the digital print and environmental graphics industry, known for its commitment to excellence and innovative solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Installation Manager to join our installation team. If you have 5+ years of experience in wide format and/or vinyl graphics sign installation, possess the necessary certifications and skills, and are ready to contribute to our dynamic team, we want to hear from you.
As an Installation Manager, you will be a key member of our installation team responsible for leading a team of installers and subcontractors. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a critical role in ensuring that our signage projects are executed flawlessly.
Installation Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team to ensure the safe, high-quality delivery and installation of environmental products and resources.
- Recognize, create and implement standard operating processes utilizing continuous improvement tools.
- Actively participate in customer and leadership team meetings.
- Lead operational improvement initiatives for installation team.
- Provide and execute appropriate training as required to installation team.
- Execute all other duties as assigned by management.
Installation Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of increasing leadership responsibility, preferably within the environmental graphics installation or large format print industry.
- Proven experience developing and implementing process improvement.
- Proven experience leading production or installation teams.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with installation and project management teams within the signage/environmental graphics industry.
- Strong technology skills and expertise in software applications such as MS Office Suite and Smartsheet.
