Investigation and collection of damages that occurred to a U-Haul rental equipment.
Contacting customers who caused damages to their rental and did not purchase or honor the contract terms.
Contacting third parties who caused damages to a U-Haul vehicle either on rental or on lot.
Filing claims and collecting from insurance carriers for recovery of damages.
Establish payment arrangements for those that are uninsured.
Consists of very heavy phone work.
Candidate will be in constant contact with U-Haul Customers and U-Haul entities.
Organizational skills are key to a successful EDU Representative.
Requirements:
Collections experience is a plus.
Ability to organize and maintain a large pending of claims.
Ability to handle Customers/Peers in a professional manner.
Microsoft Word/Excel experience
Education/Training:
High School Diploma or higher
