The Equipment Logistics Coordinator evaluates equipment requirements, forecasts, and plans to maximize the utilization of company assets throughout the lifecycle of corporate events and concert tours across all company brands. They ensure the highest level of service standards while working in a high-pressure environment and meeting tight deadlines.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Generate cost effective plans based on show requirements and available inventory using the company’s inventory tracking system.
- Forecast high demand inventory, identify shortages and collaborate with Technical Services Team and Account Executives to determine actionable strategies. Evaluate alternative options, analyze modifications to existing solutions, and identify purchase opportunities.
- Generate inquiries, negotiate pricing and secure crossrentals from third party vendors as needed/required
- Create equipment transfers, purchase orders, and support orders using the company’s inventory tracking system to outline equipment movement and generate warehouse tasks.
- Provide support and solutions to internal clients based on equipment related needs for show emergencies and equipment shortages.
- Resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies related to crossrentals.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying items and packages in need of updates.
- Other duties as assigned by the department manager.
Base Salary Range: $19.75/hr - $29.27/hr. This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
